History

Ten taps on top of Grand Central

Beer Bar poured ten or so drafts, Young's Bitter and icy goblets of Paulaner among them, in the MetLife Building, the 58-story tower on top of Grand Central Terminal^{1, 2}. It has since closed³. In 2022 Capital Grille signed for 15,000 square feet of the tower's vacant ground floor, for a steakhouse with a patio along East 45th Street, to replace Naples 45². The steakhouse is open at 200 Park Avenue today⁴.
