The listing outlasted the restaurant

Alain Ducasse at the Essex House was due to close on or before January 15, 2007¹. By January 24 the New York Times could report that it "isn't around anymore"². The Essex House, at 160 Central Park South, now lists Bourbon Steak New York among its dining³.
