Overview

A large prototypical hotel bar where you easily imagine you were in any city in the US were it not for the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Times Square.But that in and of itself is reason enough to go.

History

Any city in America, except the view

We called it a prototypical hotel bar that could have been in any American city, if not for the floor-to-ceiling windows over Times Square, which we said were reason enough to go. A 2022 renovation gave the Broadway Lounge a facelift and kept the point: two-story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on Times Square and the Great White Way^{1, 2}. It's still serving at the Marriott Marquis³.
