Overview

If you're in the mood for a forty ounce bottled beer, a massive BBQ sauce soaked burger, and a flaming shot or five, then you've come to the right place.

History

The forty came in a paper bag

Thunder Jackson's was a bar at Bleecker and Sullivan known for a $12 forty-ounce Miller High Life served in a brown paper bag, which Gayot called gimmicky1. Our review threw in a flaming shot or five, for anyone who found the forty too subtle. It has since closed1. In 2025 Super Burrito opened a restaurant and bar at 169 Bleecker Street2.
