Overview

Carroll Gardens gets their very own pricey, high brow cocktail bar. At the moment the place feels more like a genre exercise than a good time, but it's anyone's guess how it will develop as it matures.

History

Anyone's guess, answered on Smith Street

When we listed it, we called Clover Club a pricey, high-brow cocktail bar and said it was anyone's guess how it would develop as it matured. It has been serving since 2008 and is still at 210 Smith Street¹. In 2024 Julie Reiner, one of its co-owners, opened the Saloon at Clover Club at 208 Smith Street². Maturing, it turns out, came with a saloon.
