History

Art on the walls, hops at the bar

In 2010 Time Out described the Otheroom as a gallery that moonlights as a lounge, where you could drink amid the work of up-and-coming artists¹. Beer drinkers had 50 microbrews to choose from, ten on tap and 40 in bottles¹. A listing updated in October 2026 still has it as a bar, lounge and wine bar at 143 Perry Street².
