History

Same name, same clientele, same bar

In December 2008 the owners of WXOU Radio Bar turned it over to their manager, Rob Gelardi¹. Other than a minor change here or there, nothing was to change: same name, same clientele, same bar¹. When we listed it, we called it a tiny bar with a relaxed neighborhood crowd and friendly bartenders, which sounds a lot like the bar the handover was meant to keep. It's still at 558 Hudson Street², open until 4am every night².
