The Library, a bar in the Regency Hotel at 540 Park Avenue, is closed; its Time Out listing now ends in "(CLOSED)"1. The hotel's restaurant, at the same address, is The Regency Bar & Grill, which calls itself the home of the Power Breakfast2, 3. When the Library closed, and what it was like before, we couldn't find out.
