Still on Varick Street, still booking shows

Larry Gold, its owner and director, founded S.O.B.'s in 19821. In its own words, the club is there to amplify the musical wealth and heritage of the Afro-Latino diaspora1. When we listed it, it was a Brazilian music and dinner club that drew top hip-hop talent, DJs and world music acts. It's still at 204 Varick Street, with shows on the calendar for October 16, 20261.
