Where you waited to eat across the street

When we listed it, the Blue Ribbon Bar was a handsome place to wait before eating at Blue Ribbon Bakery across the street. A menu guide now marks the Blue Ribbon Downing Street Bar permanently closed¹. As of July 2026, 34 Downing Street holds a restaurant of only 12 seats, named after the late master sushi chef Toshi Ueki².
