History

Mojitos out, Italian wine in

In March 2012 Gothamist pointed readers to Midtown's Disiac Lounge for mojitos¹. A review of the place later carried an edit: it had permanently closed². By July 2017 Giardino 54 was on the community board's agenda for 402 West 54th Street³. Hoodline described it as a wine bar, cocktail bar and Italian spot, and today it gives its address as 400 1/2 West 54th Street^{4, 5}.
