The idea behind this Park Slope export is superb - coffee, truffles, and cakes by day, and wine and dessert by night. Unfortunately the execution leaves much to be desired.
The idea behind this Park Slope export is superb - coffee, truffles, and cakes by day, and wine and dessert by night. Unfortunately the execution leaves much to be desired. The music is top 40 and played too loud. The space is cramped and often over-crowded. And the desserts are shipped in not prepared there. The result, like their chocolate beer, is beautiful in conception flawed in execution.
