History

Unsold on eBay, still open till 4am

Ace Bar opened in early 1993, in an East Village of squatter riots, political and social activism and a rich artistic community¹. When we listed it, we noted that an eBay auction of the bar had failed to draw a single bid, and called it worth every penny of the asking price. It's still at 531 East 5th Street, open till 4am every night¹. These days its games include two pool tables, Skee-Ball and darts, and it runs pool leagues¹.
