History

It has outlasted our complaint

When we listed it, we said it had once been the last holdout of pre-hipster Williamsburg and grumbled that it was now a restaurant. The restaurant has outlasted the grumbling: Sweetwater says it has served North Williamsburg since 2004¹. It still lists 105 North 6th Street, and its site names Pablo as its beloved founder¹.
