History

Last call, then a twelve-year lease

McFadden's Saloon at 800 Second Avenue was a popular hangout for Buffalo Bills fans, and it shut its doors for good in March 2020, about the time its lease was set to expire and three years after the death of its proprietor, Steve McFadden¹. By June 2022 Chai Urgent Care had signed a 12-year lease for 4,200 square feet on the ground floor, and Commercial Observer declared the wild side of life a thing of the past at 800 Second Avenue¹.
