We once praised its good food, enormous beer selection and old Brooklyn atmosphere, at once comfortable and refined. In 2010 Time Out called exploring its formidable collection of rotating taps a scholarly pursuit¹. It's still at 62 Henry Street², opening at 3 in the afternoon on weekdays, 1 on Saturday and noon on Sunday³. Weekend classes start earlier.
