More than a decade of Swedish meatballs
Good World was the bar and grill at 3 Orchard Street with the cozy back patio1, 2, and it ran for more than a decade on Swedish meatballs and Gaffel Koelsch1. It closed in April 20092, just as our listing was recommending it as a hipster home far enough down Orchard to lose the Saturday night crowds. Its owner, Annika Sundvick, had told Grub Street she was being forced out1. She went on to open a new restaurant and bar, White Slab Palace1.
