History
From B.E.D. to Sleep No More
In February 2007 Eater reported that a sign on the door of B.E.D., the nightclub at 530 West 27th Street, said it was now closed, permanently1, 2. The McKittrick Hotel later took the address3. It closed in January 2025 after the final performance of Sleep No More, which had opened there on March 7, 20113. A club named for a bed gave way to a show called Sleep No More, a handoff nobody could have scripted better.
