In 2015 Cocoa Bar had two addresses, 228 Seventh Avenue in Park Slope and 21 Clinton Street on the Lower East Side¹. A listing for Chocolateria, previously named Cocoa Bar, describes a coffee shop by day and a wine bar by night, with vegan chocolate, a backyard and a study room with Wi-Fi, and says it was reported closed in July 2020². 228 Seventh Avenue, between 3rd and 4th Streets, is now Brewer's Row³.
