It's tempting to dismiss this 70's themed bar simply out of hand, but spend an evening there and you'll soon quite suprisingly discover it's warm, comfortable and populated by some of the tastiest hipsters this side of Greenpoint.

Don't judge a bar by its decade

It was tempting, our listing admitted, to dismiss a seventies-themed bar out of hand; spend an evening there, though, and it turned out warm and comfortable. By 2011 The Lo-Down was still calling it the ironic 70's theme bar¹.
