Overview

A backyard, if your friend owns a hotel

Our listing called The Yard an attempt to evoke a friend's backyard, with trees, an outdoor grill and Bermuda grass, and judged it not exactly successful but kind of fun anyway. An undated listing still places it at the Soho Grand, 310 West Broadway¹. The hotel's site now points to a bar called Gilligan's instead, temporarily closed and due back in the spring of 2027². Nothing we found says Gilligan's is The Yard under a new name².
