History

Out went the floor and the poles

Cosme's owners bought the former strip club Ten's and took out its floor and its poles^{1, 2}. The space was remodeled within nine months, and Enrique Olvera, the chef who owns Pujol in Mexico City, opened Cosme there on October 21, 2014¹. In 2021 it reached 22nd on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list¹.
