History

The bar crawl's epicenter, relocated

St. Dymphna's was the epicenter of every St. Mark's bar crawl, Gothamist said in 20161. We'd made the case on gentler grounds: a perfect pint of Guinness, a backyard garden and efficient, friendly service.

It had been serving the East Village since 19942, and after 24 years in the neighborhood it moved from 118 St. Mark's Place to 117 Avenue A3, 4.

That's where it is now2. Romeo's has the old St. Marks Place address5.
