Overview

On a street packed with Bud and wings bars Wharf has upped the ante with a huge outdoor patio, daily rotating $3.50 beer specials, a kitchen open til 2am, and a $7 Bud and a burger deal.

History

The deck on Third Avenue

Wharf was a bi-level after-work bar for Midtown East and Murray Hill, with 16 beers on tap, two indoor bars, an outdoor deck, and nautical charts on the walls between the flatscreens1. On a stretch of Third Avenue packed with Bud-and-wings bars, the deck was its edge, as we noted at the time. It has since closed, and Spoto Pizza & Gelato has the address now1, 2, 3.
