Five stories, fifteen units, maybe

We filed Latin Lounge under Hoboken, at 371 2nd Street, and the one later record we found is a September 2016 Jersey City zoning-board agenda with a plan to demolish existing structures and build a five-story, fifteen-unit building with no onsite parking¹. Whether that's the lounge's building, and when the lounge closed, we couldn't find out.
