Renovated in time for Opening Day

Shelia Smith, who owns the Dugout BX, applied for a grant in 20231. The bar underwent $50,000 in renovations and finished them in time for Opening Day 20251, which for a bar called the Dugout is the only deadline that counts. It still lists 880 River Avenue2.
