Its successor was a fan

The Cuckoo's Nest closed in 2019 over a lease renewal issue¹. The next tenant was a fan: "I always loved the old Cuckoo's Nest," one of the bar owners taking over 61-04 Woodside Avenue told QNS in January 2020². That bar, The Woodlot, closed for good in early March 2025¹.
