Hotel guests only, and then no guests

The Sky Terrace was at the Hudson Hotel, 356 West 58th Street¹, and back then our entire entry for it read "Hotel guests only." The hotel closed for business on November 19, 2020, because of the COVID-19 pandemic². By June 2025 the 24-story hotel's conversion to housing remained stalled². The guests-only rule has never been easier to enforce.
