Closed before we noticed

Orchard Bar at 200 Orchard Street closed on a Saturday in May 2006, which didn't stop us from listing it in 2009¹. Its lease was up after 10 years, and the rent was set to more than triple, from $3,000 to $10,000 or $12,000¹. What took its place, we couldn't find out.
