The city's paper trail for this address is mostly about the building. A 2006 filing was for a shed in conjunction with the combination and renovation of three buildings into residential units1, and in 2011 an application was filed for condo apportionment2. In 2017 filings called for a wall opening to combine two retail stores and a renovation of the first-floor commercial space3, 4.
