Day to night for 21 years, then the rent

Marlow and Sons, a day-to-night staple of Williamsburg at 81 Broadway, announced in March 2025 that it would close after 21 years^{1, 2}. Owner Andrew Tarlow announced it on Instagram, citing "a recent significant increase in our rent"¹. Its last day was Sunday, April 6, 2025¹.
