Popular, then for rent, then the Last Stop

The Woodlawn Café sat at Bainbridge and Jerome Avenues in Norwood, and the local paper called it popular when it reported the closing1. A For Rent sign was seen in the building's window in July 2020, and by early 2022 a new business, the Last Stop, had held its grand opening at the old café's address, 3700 Jerome Avenue1. Today the address is Made in the Bronx, a club and event venue2, 3.
