History
Twenty-one years, then out by month's end
Vivienne Hansen, a lifelong Pelham Bay resident, opened the bar at 3044 Westchester Avenue, and 21 years later her landlord said he wanted to double the rent or have her out by June1. In October 2020 he told her she had to be out by the end of the month, and Vivienne's was to close its doors for good at the end of that month1.
