History

Over thirty years of keeping the light on

The Guiding Light's own site calls it Lovell's Lounge, a family-owned Caribbean bar and lounge that has been serving the community for over 30 years1. We filed it under Forest Hills, but its address, 148-33 Hillside Avenue, is in Jamaica by its own account1, 2. Restaurantji carries a review of it dated September 20262.
