HeadQuarters is still a gentlemen's club at 552 West 38th Street, billing itself as Headquarters-KONY¹. Rosewood Theater says it was born beneath HQ Gentlemen's Club². It lists the same address, and says it went through a full renovation and rebirth in 2026².
